YOU MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE ISCT 2024 ANNUAL MEETING TO BOOK YOUR ROOM IN THE ISCT BLOCK

ISCT has secured preferred room rates over our main program dates starting from Tuesday, May 28 through Saturday, June 1 at hotels listed below and all just minutes from Vancouver Convention Centre.  ISCT recommends booking your hotel at the same time as your registration whenever possible. ISCT room blocks will close on April 26 or May 6 (depending on hotel), but the blocks will likely sell out ahead of these cutoff dates.

Please note that only one hotel room may be booked per attendee. Additional rooms may not be reserved for staff /colleagues / guests.

Hotel reservations may only be made by attendees officially registered to attend ISCT 2024. Any reservations that are made for individuals who are not registered, are subject to cancellation by ISCT Head Office.

Only rooms booked within the ISCT block will receive the preferred ISCT rate. Any nights or rooms booked outside of the block are subject to the hotel's prevailing rates and policies.

Any reservations that are made for individuals who are not registered, are subject to cancellation by ISCT Head Office. Please note that only one hotel room may be booked per attendee. Additional rooms may not be reserved for staff / colleagues / guests. 

Hotel rooms are booked on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee how long or how many rooms will be available during registration.

As ISCT requires attendees to be registered for our ISCT 2024 Annual Meeting to access our preferred rates, hotels cannot make reservations on behalf of attendees at group rate.
