One of the ISCT Gastrointestinal Committee's main objectives is to increase awareness of cell and gene therapies in the field of the digestive system, and to promote the safe and effective use of these medicinal therapies worldwide. To help achieve these goals, the Committee conducts regular literature reviews, selects novel research to be featured alongside critical analyses developed by Committee members, and drafts reports on important events in the field.
